Our client is a leading specialist in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), delivering quality end-to-end manufacturing supply chain solutions that create competitive advantages for leading technology companies worldwide. They are looking for an individual to join them in their growing team, here is your chance to be part of an exciting team geared towards both company and personal success. Manager, Business Development Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities, build sales pipeline and win new customers. Targeting major OEMs in Industrial, Telematics, Speciality Equipment and Smart Home industries. Selected Medical or Automotive customers may be considered.
  • Understand customer needs, prepare and present proposal on total manufacturing solutions covering design, supply chain, quality, pricing and contract.
  • Generate new qualified leads on monthly basis, targeting OEM customers that has EMS outsource of USD 50M or more. The aim is to find new accounts that can be developed to USD 20M per annum in 3 years.
  • Negotiate contract agreements such as non-disclosure agreement, manufacturing service agreement and development agreement.
  • Develop market intelligence and advise the management on strategies to grow business.
Job Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in hunting for EMS company
  • Good track record in winning new customers and generating leads
  • Extensive network of potential OEM customers in targeted Industrial, Telematics, Specialty Equipment and Smart Home Industries
  • Professional, Committed, high integrity and motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
