Job Description


Content Production & StrategyLead the end-to-end production of high-quality video and visual content for social media, from concept to post-production, ensuring alignment with SingPost's brand and campaign objectives. Develop and manage a content calendar for social platforms, ensuring timely and relevant output across channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (designers, writers, marketing teams) and external partners to deliver cohesive and impactful content. Oversee the editing, titling, music selection, animation, and narration of video content to ensure consistency and quality. Stay updated on social media platform algorithms and trends to optimise content performance.

Community Management (Philately)Act as the brand's voice on social platforms (specific to philately community), engaging with followers, responding to queries, and moderating discussions to build a positive online community. Monitor social conversations, identify emerging topics or issues, and escalate potential risks to protect brand reputation. Foster relationships with key community members, influencers, and partners to grow SingPost's digital presence.

Marketing Campaign SupportSupport the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring content assets are delivered on time and meet campaign objectives. Coordinate with campaign managers to ensure content is aligned with campaign messaging and KPIs. Track, analyse, and report on content and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.

Quality Assurance & Brand GovernancePerform regular checks on all published content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with corporate guidelines. Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and within scope.

Innovation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and experiment with new content formats, tools, and technologies to enhance audience engagement. Benchmark against industry best practices and competitors to keep SingPost at the forefront of digital content innovation.

RequirementsBachelor of Communications/Arts/Marketing/Media, or related field At least 4-5 years work experience with some 2-3 years' experience in content production, with a strong portfolio of video and social media content, preferably within a corporate or agency setting will be advantageous. Experience with social media management, analytics, and community engagement. Digital marketing knowledge and skillset highly advantageous to support integrated communications campaigns especially knowledge of paid social campaigns and performance marketing. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
