Purpose and Scope
Reporting to the AVP, Corporate FPA, this role will be responsible for supporting Corporate FPA Function for forecasting, budgeting and management reporting of corporate entities and corporate functions. This role will also act as the Finance Business Partner for corporate functions, ensuring robust tracking, forecasting, reporting and communication of department spend and recoveries.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Support Corporate Stakeholders in delivering P&L
Responsible for all financial functions, including:
review of monthly closing, rolling forecast and performs periodic analysis
lead budgetary control
capital expenditure and cash management,
transfer pricing management,
and other adhoc management reporting/projects
Identify key drivers for business and develop mechanism for effective tracking, reporting as well as analytical evaluation to continuously improve business efficiency.
Review & implement financial & risk management policies & procedures to ensure effective internal control, proper accounting practices and financial reporting, and to comply with Group policies and procedures.
Initiate and lead conflict resolution through brainstorming and mutual collaboration between Corporate and all relevant stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Custodian of Financial Authority Limits for Corporate Functions and ensure timely update and compliance
Supports digital initiatives on system implementation support that requires involvement of the finance function

Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary education in accounting
Preferably 5 to 10 years of working experience in accounting/finance related field with at least 3 years of Finance Business Partnering related work experience
Experience inGL and closing related matters will be an added advantage
Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics
1) Good knowledge of IFRS
2) Good interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to interface with various management levels across functions
3) Possess Critical thinking, excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills
4) Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
5) Good knowledge in accounting related systems preferably SAP and COGNOS
6) Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, both independently and in a team.
7) Able to self motivate and encourage cohesive work team
