We manage the risks arising from the Group\'s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profileJob ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join the Country and Credit Risk Management Division within Group Risk Management. You will be part of the Secretariat support for the Group Credit Committee (GCC). Your specific responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with Credit Approvers/ Business Units (BU)/ Support Units (SU) on the uploading of materials for credit cases and reports to the meeting system daily
  • Prepare daily status of credit cases/ reports for GCC\'s decision
  • Prepare monthly agenda for GCC meeting
  • Disseminate GCC decision results to respective BUs/SUs
  • Maintain meeting records
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

  • An independent and organised worker with a good eye for details
  • A committed team player, able to work with colleagues from various departments/divisions across the UOB Group
  • Demonstrate initiative to take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion
  • Possess the drive and energy to work around constraints to achieve required objectives
  • Resilient and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently as well as work under tight timelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English
Technical Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in a meeting secretariat role, administrative or similar function.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams)
