What the role is:You will be part of the team that manage tenants and publish land tenders.What you will be working on:Tenant Management and tenancy renewals for existing tenantsPublish and evaluate NParks\' industry land tendersVerify tenants\' submission plans to check they are in line with the approved land-use specificationsWhat we are looking for:Degree in Architecture or Real Estate or other related fields of studyRelevant working experience in tenant management and tender management is preferred.Competency in reading and understanding development plans is advantageous.Good listening and interpersonal skills are essential as the positions involves interacting with a wide range of stakeholdersAbility to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an advantage to engage stakeholders who may not be English speaking,The job requires strong analytical, planning, organising and presentation skillsOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
