Job Purpose

You will contribute to the success of Great Eastern Group CxD strategies through active portfolio management of existing customers. These include driving cross-buy and up-buy initiatives from existing customers, leveraging on data, digital capabilities and Great Eastern\xe2\x80\x99s relationship with partners and agents.

The Job

\xc2\xb7 Develop new initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise journeys with end objective to drive upbuy and cross-buy sales

\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute initiatives to increase cross-buy & up-buy from existing customers

\xc2\xb7 Design, plan and execute journeys end-to-end to engage customers offline to online and vice versa

\xc2\xb7 Drive and collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop the right products, platforms and process to optimise journeys effectiveness

\xc2\xb7 Leverage on internal data and analytics capabilities to optimise customers\xe2\x80\x99 engagement and sales

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for all engagement and sales KPIs and ROI on campaigns/projects

\xc2\xb7 Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

\xc2\xb7 Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Qualifications

Our Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree holder and have around 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer portfolio management, business development, integrated marketing or digital marketing

\xc2\xb7 Experience in portfolio management or integrated marketing in financial industry preferred

\xc2\xb7 Ability to bring together and work across functional teams

\xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills and is able to think and work independently under a stressful environment,

\xc2\xb7 Is driven and results oriented, takes initiative, and has a strong ability to multi-task;

\xc2\xb7 Has good communications (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a diverse environment with cross-functional teams and be a good team player;

\xc2\xb7 Able to work with people across all levels including senior stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

\xc2\xb7 Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
