Role Responsibilities
Position Summary The Campaign Analytics Manager is part of the Retail Analytics Team involved in the leads extraction process and delivering Insights to drive our client’s business; by translating them into actual revenue generating campaigns. It is a challenging role, as individual requires end-to-end knowledge of the Team function, and consistently strives to better our process. Successful candidate should be technically knowledgeable, while proactively and constantly improving current processes to better our operational efficiency.

  • Improve current BAU processes, identifying pockets of opportunities for streamlining.
  • Define and document requirements; Analyze and prioritize requirements; program the requirements / specifications.
  • Provide Biz Insights, Perform business process design, Lead requirements validation and traceability analysis; Manage scope and requirements throughout the leads extraction process.
  • Assist in operational rollout and support for leads extraction process.
  • Ensure neat documentation and validation of the needs of the business stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10 plus years of Banking/Analytics expeirence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill.
  • A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.
  • Ability to take strategic direction from Executive Management.
  • Advance SAS knowledge coupled with SAS Macros.
  • SQL Skills - Must be able to write queries to extract data needed for client requests, create queries to validate campaign audiences, and construct queries joining to multiple tables.
  • Logical thinking and process oriented individual, paying attention to details and meticulous, and with ability to also think out-of-the-box.
  • Ability to work independently and fit well in the Team.
  • Multi-tasking and working on tight deadlines, without compromising on work quality and data accuracy.
  • Must have a good understanding and awareness on the importance of Data Security and Privacy pertaining to Retail Banking environment.
