Job Description


Role and Responsibilities As Senior Manager – Data Architecture, you will be reporting into the Deputy Director, Data Management and be responsible to

  • Establish and implement data architecture frameworks to manage the data throughout its lifecycle.
  • Develop data standards, including the use of common data standards in accordance with Healthcare industry data standards to enable data collaboration and analysis across industry data and enable inter-operationality of systems.
  • Review, define and develop entity data collection processes review to reduce duplicated collection effort, respondent burden, and maintain data clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop data quality metrics and processes to collect and maintain quality data as is appropriate for different data types.
  • Develop and maintain a metadata catalogue for data to support data discovery.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify data assets and use cases to drive data exploitation to enable data-driven decision-making.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Degree in IT or healthcare professionals with degree and equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in a similar role with knowledge of data management, governance, sharing and architecture frameworks and processes
  • Excellent internal / external stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong communication skills – articulate in both written and spoken language and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and logical, with ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
