: Responsibilities: * Champion data democratization and governance and develop the frameworks, processes, and platforms that empowers Consumer Singapore to responsibly access, understand, and use data to drive business actions & : Responsibilities: Champion data democratization and governance and develop the frameworks, processes, and platforms that empowers Consumer Singapore to responsibly access, understand, and use data to drive business actions & decisions Drive governance & sharing related data projects such as data redaction, unique customer ID & Entity Resolution, data approval platform, etc. to mitigate risk of data breaches Develop, establish and maintain Data Governance policies, processes and standards for Consumer Singapore, in alignment with the Group's governance frameworkMaintain and update the Data Classification and Data Access framework, including classifying new datasets and updating functional-role data access matrix. Drive a series of data projects to democratize data and insights by developing and maintaining a graph-based customer 360 dashboard. Support the maintenance of the data classification catalogue and the automation of data approvals & data access provisioning for authorized functional roles based on the data access matrix Support data approvals of non-authorized functional Drive data sharing initiatives cross business units and with partners, driving the end-to-end delivery of the data pipelines from contractual to delivery We are committed to a safe and healthy environment for our employees & customers and will require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated. The Ideal candidate should possess: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data, Business Analytics or equivalent Minimum 5 years experiences in the field of data or governance Experience in Data, Privacy, Protection implementations & operationalization Experience in Big Data and associated platform / technology knowledge Strong organizational skill & conscientious personality. Meticulous, proactive and dynamic with ability to work independently. Effective communication and people engagement skills.
