Develop and manage STPI's overall brand and marketing strategy
Execute the digital marketing campaigns to expand STPI's online visibility and outreach
Direct and transform STPI's digital consumer experiences across all our online channels, in order to support the organisation's sales and business development
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Core Responsibilities:Strategic
Work closely with appointed PR agency to plan and implement effective media and PR strategies for STPI's diverse programs
Develop an annual workplan for the implementation of an integrated digital brand and marketing campaigns across all digital channels
Review and maintain communication strategy, including website and social media content strategies, and advertising initiatives to improve impact of campaigns and marketing outreach
Ensure brand voice and cohesiveness across all of STPI's communication channels, including website, social media, EDMs, press materials and other sales platforms
Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities to enhance STPI's own strategic growth
Produce a tactical advertising plan for ensuring maximum and well-considered reach of advertising campaigns
Operations
Work closely/manage Senior Executive (Digital Marketing, Press & Media) in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Manage, liaise or coordinate with various contributors eg, writers, artists, curators, collectors for the content development on STPI's online platforms such as website, social media
Measure and report performances of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against set KPIs
Plan, execute and measure conversion tests on website and EDMs as necessary to improve clickthrough rates
Work with appointed PR agency to enhance STPI's brand awareness and outreach to external platforms through impactful press campaigns
Monitor and manage the Communications team annual budget
Work with the Sales team to:
Evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Analyze sales performance on digital platforms to highlight key learning points and improvements
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Create dynamic online content and campaigns to optimize user experience, artwork promotion and sales
Others:
Work with Gallery department and other relevant colleagues to develop a productive sitemap for STPI's future corporate site to achieve the organization's strategic aims
Collaborate closely with the inhouse Creative Producers to help develop attractive visual content for digital marketing campaigns
Ensure the upkeep of the gallery space
Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or marketing; knowledge in the visual arts sector is an added advantage
Minimum of 6 years of working experience
Strong CRM/marketing database fluency
Experience in brand strategising and building brand awareness through developing and project managing the execution of integrated digital branding/marketing campaigns
Experience with Web analytic tools and SEO/SEM marketing
Energetic individual with passion for the visual arts, positive mindset, and able to work independently
Organized and meticulous with follow-ups, multi-tasking various projects at the same time
A team player who is supportive and cooperative of the gallery's initiatives, often contributing with innovative ideas
Possesses excellent writing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Competent and current with the latest on social/online media trends
Experience with Wordpress, Shopify, and Mailjet/Mailchimp is an advantage
Additional spoken and written language is an advantage
