The candidate will be part of a cross-functional team of content managers, platform managers and product owners, working closely with developer and design vendors that continuously deliver features that improve the user experience.Project manage User Interface and User Design Interface (UI/UX) of new destination website for existing wildlife parks, leading up to launch of Mandai Rainforest Resort, Rainforest Wild, Indoor attractions, Destination Marketing and other new features for 2025 and 2026.Possesses excellent conceptual and big-picture design skills - including user experience architecture, information architecture, interaction design and information design.Synthesise user testing and interview results, business, technology, user and content requirements into design concepts and set direction for the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns and mocks-up.Communicate design concepts and design decisions, and explain trade-offs to stakeholders to get buy-in.Provide clear research brief and co-conduct research and testing with researchers from design agency to test design concepts.Collaborating with Business Units (Marketing, Content Operations, Guest Experiences, Brands & Communications, Life Science, Digital Platforms and Data, Commercial Business Units, such as F&B, Retail etc.) & external agencies (Developer and Design Agencies) to understand, research and translate requirements into solutions.Managing the design and build phases for the frontend website enhancement in functionalities and site layout based on proposed website UI/UX for the new Mandai Destination website.Job RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or Product DesignAt least 5 years of relevant work in UX design as a fully proficient individual contributor with some experience in project managementManages projects proactively and effectively - meeting goals set, identifying and driving next steps, and able to demonstrate the value delivered.Proficiency in contemporary design or project management tools, i.e. Figma and miro boardExcellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with both technical and non-technical peopleExceptional attention to detail and organization skillsStrong time management demonstrating an ability in managing and prioritizing multiple projects/tasks to meet deadlinePossesses a commercial mindset with a good understanding of how design brings measurable value to the business, able to confidently convey this to peers, stakeholders and leadership.Prior experience working on complex projects at MNCs, local government sector, super-app products, or leading consultancies.Usability testing experience is a plus: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate prototypes or existing products, identify usability issues, and provide actionable recommendations.Specialization : Digital Marketing
