Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Marketing team in all data initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining web/application analytics tagging to ensure accuracy and sufficiency of data being collected.
  • Configure reports and dashboards on different platforms for the larger Commercial team’s stakeholders to view and track relevant Key Performance Indicators.
  • Contribute towards shaping and executing data strategies to drive the larger Commercial team’s performance goals tied to incremental revenue generation.
  • Analyse data to derive insights and present findings to the Commercial team.
  • Adopt an ‘omnichannel data mindset’ with willingness to pivot and adapt towards learning new tools to leverage data sources, with the aim to enhance our understanding of the business landscape.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.



Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or the equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital role handing data analytics.
  • Ability to write SQL queries / python scripting to extract and transform data.
  • Functional knowledge of at least one Digital Analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) and data visualisation in any dashboarding platform.
  • Prior experience working with PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of or experience in machine learning and predictive analytics domains would be advantageous.
  • Desire to learn and grow in the digital data domain.
  • Ability to analyse, problem-solve and overcome challenges and roadblocks.
  • Strong communication skills to convey ideas, challenges, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in teams to achieve common goals.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
