We are building and expanding the best digital bank in ASEAN.

TMRW (pronounced as \xe2\x80\x9ctomorrow\xe2\x80\x9d) empowers the digital generation with a full suite of banking solutions through a smart, mobile-only app. Our mission is to build and expand the best digital bank in ASEAN. Launched in Indonesia and Thailand as the first mobile only digital bank by United Overseas Bank (UOB) in ASEAN, TMRW offers innovative and simple solutions to help customers stay one step ahead of their finances. Our business model is powered by next-generation artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, user interface design and smartphone capabilities. Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with in-country stakeholders to increase scale of acquisitions, maximize efficiency of the acquisition funnel and improve quality of acquisitions
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategy and initiatives with the aim to hit acquisition targets.
  • Prepare quantity, quality and funnel related materials and drive weekly sales cadence ensuring clear and concise forecast and reporting.
  • Conduct and drive weekly sales cadence with in-country stakeholders and \xe2\x80\x9crun\xe2\x80\x9d teams. To capture action items and initiate remedy actions as and when required. Ultimately, drive both quantity and quality acquisitions upwards.
  • Work and assist Group and Countries\' Marketing and Engagement teams to drive engagement related KPIs.
  • Work and assist Group and Countries\' Product and Customer Lifetime Value teams to ensure initiatives are in place to drive quality customers.
  • Partner with the Group Data team to build relevant dashboards and derive actionable insights for countries to improve on.
  • Assist countries for additional analysis on an ad-hoc basis as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or similar relevant field
  • Work experience of more than 2 years in Consumer Banking with knowledge in Retail banking products
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with different levels of stakeholders from multiple teams/departments, within budget and timeline
  • Highly analytical and structured in approach to problem solving
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision (verbal & written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
