You will lead and manage the Donor Recruitment team to achieve the set annual targets by motivating and inspiring high performance in the recruitment of cord blood donors and clients for family banking. Your duties will include reviewing and developing SOPs and documents relating to donoreducation andrecruitment activities, ensuringproper documentation and execution of activities, executing marketing plans, as well asdevelopingand executingthe annual operations plan. You will also ensure functionality of all systems used for donor recruitment activities and oversee the delivery services forcollection ofcord bloodand maternalsamples. Other duties includeoverseeing procurement of consumables and office supplies,leading developmental projects, participating in audits and supporting the overall management functions of SCBB. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree with at least5years' experience in healthcare or related management position Experience in executing marketing or outreach campaigns in social/ healthcare sector Experience in midwifery, obstetrics & gynecology, or nursing is an advantage Energetic and self-driven Good leadership skills Ability to network and influence Strong interpersonal skills and high Adversity Quotient Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
