Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth delivery of school camps and retreats\xc2\xb7 Identify new collaboration opportunities, derive strategies and build prospective pipeline to grow the share of school camps and retreats\xc2\xb7 Regular review of camp programmes to ensure achievement of learning objectives\xc2\xb7 Regular review of risk assessments and Standard Operating Procedures for camps\xc2\xb7 Recruit, train and manage a pool of regular part-time facilitators to execute school camps and programmesJob Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Outdoor Adventure, Life Sciences, Biology or related field\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of relevant experience in conducting outdoor-related camps or programmes (for children preferred) / facilitation\xc2\xb7 Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage\xc2\xb7 Keen to learn with a positive attitude\xc2\xb7 Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet timelines\xc2\xb7 Drive, initiative and qualities of an active team player\xc2\xb7 Customer-oriented, energetic, with a warm deposition\xc2\xb7 Has a deep interest in nature, wildlife and public education\xc2\xb7 Able to work on weekends and public holidays where requiredSpecialization : Education
