Manager Enterprise Risk Management ( Actuarial Background) Location: Singapore
Were looking for an experienced risk professional to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. In this role, youll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our risk management framework, leading the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), and partnering with senior stakeholders to assess and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Youll also support Board and management risk committees, track key risk indicators, and contribute to broader initiatives such as environmental risk, stress testing, and risk culture development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance ERM frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Lead the annual ORSA, including stress testing and solvency analysis
• Monitor and report key risk indicators and maintain the enterprise risk register
• Support internal and Board-level risk committee meetings
• Collaborate with business units to embed risk awareness and manage emerging risks
• Assist with investment trade monitoring and ad hoc risk-related initiatives

What Were Looking For:

• Degree in Actuarial, Finance, Risk, or related fields
• Qualified actuary (or near-qualified), CFA/FRM a plus
• 6+ years in life insurance risk or actuarial roles
• Strong knowledge of financial risk regulations (e.g., MAS 125/126/133)
• Experience with ORSA, RBC 2, Solvency II, and stress testing
• Strong Excel and VBA skills; Prophet experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
