Our client is a renowned International Financial Technology Firm. We are searching for a talent with a relevant risk management background to join the team as an Enterprise Risk Management Manager!

Involve in the design, implementation, and review of business processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
Involve in the implementation of the company\'s ERM policy, framework, system, tools, and risk profile/register/reports
Establish in-depth analysis of risk events, improving and optimizing products and processes, and continuously tracking and advancing the closed loop of the business;
Provide regular information to senior management on identified risks and related action plans.
Working closely with stakeholders to resolve identified risks and executing action plans

Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Risk Management, Finance, or Business; Talent with relevant certifications (e.g. FMRP / CRM / CFA) would be a plus
More than 5 years of relevant risk, compliance or legal experience in fintech, banks or financial institutions industries
Compliance solution-oriented and commercially minded
Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
