Responsibilities

Providing support to Finance users in SAP S/4HANA and Yardi.

Yardi Incident review, daily system/user support, administration and liaise with outsource vendors.

SAP FICO module configuration and ongoing enhancement delivery.

Perform SAP change request deployment- prepare functional specification, perform unit testing, support UAT, conduct user training and provide post go-live support.

Be involved in implementing and supporting new ERP solutions i.e. SAP in the finance functions.

Review design documents, test plans and scenarios, transport requests, authorization matrix, data migration plan and cutover plan.

Ensure global changes are identified, assessed and mitigation actions are well planned and executed.

Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities that transform/streamline/drive efficiencies and higher performance levels.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience in project implementation and system maintenance

Good understanding of Accounting processes and practices

Minimal travelling may be required

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with consultants and colleagues from varied levels, functions and geography.

Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as there is a need to support both local and overseas counterparts which include China.

Familiarity with real estate business processes is preferred.
