What the role is:[What the role is]NEA is the lead agency for planning for after-death facilities and services in Singapore. You will be part of the Memorial Facilities & Planning Division which oversees the planning of after-death facilities and services in Singapore. You will be providing operations planning capability to ensure that the Government after-death facilities are efficiently managed and operated.[What you will be working on]You will be responsible for the following:Oversee projects and initiatives to improve after-death facilities and services including conceptualising new ideas, developing project scopes and objectives, conducting market research or analysis, and engaging the industry to understand the supplier landscape.Plan and manage end-to-end procurement activities including drafting, calling, evaluation and award of tenders and quotations while adhering to the key principles and guidelines of Government ProcurementCoordinate with operations team to develop project scopes, establish requirement specifications, plan timelines, and prepare documents for procurement.Review of procurement processes such as streamlining workflows and strengthening procurement capability of the divisionCollaborate with operations team to gather and analyse user requirements for systems enhancements and introduction of new digital services, which aim to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery experience.Liaise and work with Information Technology Division (ITD) and systems vendor to ensure that systems enhancement or projects are aligned with user requirements, including the facilitating, and conducting of User Acceptance Testing.Prepare service requests for data patching and extraction.[What we are lookRequirements:3 - 5 years of experience in planning, procurement or systems work.
