Job Description
What the role is:The role of this person will be leading and supervising a team of executive as a Manager overseeing the deprtment\'s finance and administration as well as tenancy matters in the campus.[What you will be working on]
- Overseeing the operations of all campus tenants, comprising F&B outlets, commercial shops, vending machines, student lockers, and other tenanted spaces in campus. This includes handling maintenance, tenancy-related matters and projects.
- Manage the operations of Polytechnic Apartments, covering maintenance, occupants relations, tenancy matters and projects.
- Oversees the departmen\'s fiance and administration, including budgeting, expenditure monitoring, payment processing, billings, fixed assets management .
- Plan and strategize to ensure the team is future-ready.
- Have relevant qualification with minimum 5 years of work experience in business or finance of which 2 years in leadership role.
- Execellent interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Data analytic or relevant IT knowledge is a bonus.
