Job Responsibilities

Project Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Track expenses, negotiate contracts, and procure necessary materials or services.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Continuously monitor project risks, implement contingency plans, and address any issues that may impact project success.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards. Establish quality control processes, conduct inspections, and facilitate testing or evaluation activities as required.
• Engage with project sponsors, clients, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and manage expectations. Foster positive relationships to promote project success.
• Optimize space allocation, oversee office relocations, and coordinate renovations or remodeling projects.

Facilities Maintenance

• Maintains oversight on all operations and maintenance plans and schedules and ensures alignment to organisational strategy.
• Reviews the organisational policies to ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate measures.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure readiness for emergencies or crises.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and senior management to address facilities-related needs and ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, trans disciplinary and decision-making skills.
• Expected to travel occasionally to project locations.
• Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• At least Diploma/ Degree
• At least 5 years\' experience in leading a team.
