Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, which includes performing analysis on results variancesPrepare consolidated audit reports, with full compliance to the Group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standardsManage consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts and preparation of budget paperManage the budgeting and financial planning process for the group, including detailed review and analysis on the submissionManage statutory filings including financial statements, tax and MAS complianceYou are expected to deliver within tight deadlines. Other duties include involvement in year-end audit, preparation of reports and ad-hoc projects.Any other duties as assignedRequirementsDegree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPAAt least 6 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reportingGood understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards SFRS(I)Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics and SAP will be viewed favourablyProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerpointLiaison with Chinese stakeholders, proficiency in Mandarin is requiredExcellent team worker with strong analytical, communication, people-management and organisation skillsAble to work independently and effectively under pressureBenefits
