What the role is:The Finance team within the Corporate Development and Services (CDS) Division of ECDA has an important role in ensuring the proper management of ECDA\'s financial operations in alignment with the Government\'s financial rules and best practices. The team also implements relevant financial and procurement frameworks and systems to ensure effective financial/procurement management to achieve the objectives of the Ministry.What you will be working on:We are looking for a resourceful and highly-driven individual to join our team. You will work with the Assistant Director on the following areas: 1. Budget: a. Oversee budget matters including consolidation of returns across ECDA and liaison with HQ Finance and ECDA divisions b. Communicate the annual budget policy requirements and budget cycle timeline clearly to business units and stakeholders c. Analyse budget returns for reasonableness 2. Revenue: a. Liaise with HQ Finance for queries on fees and charges, revenue collections and reconciliations b. Administer related Finance policies /guidelines and advise ECDA divisions c. Monitor compliance with internal control procedures 3. Audit: Disseminate and collate of audit returns from various departments 4. Others: Assist in other ad-hoc matters as assignedWhat we are looking for:

• Minimally 2-3 years of work experience, with prior experience in a role where you had opportunity to apply relevant regulations, policies, risk strategies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with knowledge on NFS and Fi@Gov systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft office applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous with good analytical, written and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive work attitude and a team player who can work collaboratively with other members \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines
