Job Description


  • Report to Director, Corp Support Services or reporting officer appointed
  • Process and perform compliance check on AP invoices
  • Process and perform compliance check on payment transactions.
  • Raise tax invoices / credit / debit notes
  • Banking in of cash within 2 working days of receipt, when necessary
  • Perform data entries for AR and AP modules
  • Monitor in-coming funds daily
  • Assist in checking of claims
  • Maintain Fixed asset register & memo asset register.
  • Support project teams in admin or logistics for trainings/study visits
  • Replenish office supplies
  • Safekeep of MOU / contracts and update of MOU/contracts register
  • Assist in overall office administrative functions
  • Assist in ad-hoc requests from manager/management.

Job requirements
  • O level / Diploma in accounting
  • At least 5 years of experience in partial set of accounts
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • Self-starter
  • Meticulous and organised
  • 2 years renewable contract
