Responsibilities

Partner the Business in building and developing solid professional relationships whilst challenging the leadership team on relevant business matters including business and financial decisions.

Working with the leadership team to formulate the business\'s medium to long term financial and strategic plan to drive the 5-year long range plan and involve in the development of business cases for long term strategic growth and development.

Annual performance management cycle involving the strategic, detailed planning and setting of next year Key Performance Metrics, department initiatives, headcount investment and capital investment.

FP&A activities such as rolling forecasts, reporting and monthly business unit reviews. Ensure reporting accuracy including monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periods.

Participate in the monthly closing activities and ensure timely reporting out of management reports.

Drive and support projects to drive operational excellence or value creation. Participate actively in discussions with senior management on the YTD results and other improvements that will reduce cost, generate profit, and streamline operations.

Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards, RTX and P&W Policies.

Perform fundamental controlling topics such as internal control activities, assist in internal and external audit, financial reporting etc.

Prepare and present to senior management in the Bi-Annual Board of Director meeting.

Support P&W Transformation Projects and drive new initiatives and continuous improvements to align with Company\xe2\x80\x99s and Group\xe2\x80\x99s growth strategy.

Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and/or forecasting tools, leading and participating in various Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in FP&A with MNCs or established Singapore-based companies.

Excellent strategic & analytical thinking combined with outstanding tactical execution skills.

Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills.

High learning agility with strong ability to drive and deliver results.

Effective communication skills with strong people management and business acumen.

Highly motivated and good team player with strong social skills.

Able to work with all levels of management and in fast paced, matrix reporting organization.

Knowledge of CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) or any Continuous Improvement Methodology is preferred.
