Purpose of the role
In this role, you will support the Management & Marketing of key General Entertainment franchises under Warner Bros. Discovery - DC and Wizarding World - in the INSEAK region (India, South Korea, Southeast Asia, HK & Taiwan).
Franchise Management - You will work together with your manager to be the main points of contact with the global franchise teams, working with them to disseminate key strategies & direction, ensure brand guardianship, as well local market reporting.
Franchise Marketing - You will work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Digital, Communications, Programming, Consumer Products, Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Ad Sales etc to drive go-to-market franchise & brand activations, laddering up to our business goals. You will be responsible for rolling out campaigns, end-to-end - from conceptualization to project management, Stakeholder alignment and ATL advertising.
This role reports to the Associate Director - Franchise Management & Marketing (INSEAK).
Key accountabilities
Ensuring alignment around core franchise growth strategies (35%):
Know the annual development of global franchise flywheel and communicate priorities to ensure awareness across INSEAK business units
Consolidate INSEAK franchise priority calendar in line with global and local priorities, working with cross-company partners to ensure unified business unit's efforts around specific franchise moments.
Work closely with the ad sales and partnerships team on approvals and building of franchise led concepts through partners and clients
Upwards reporting of local efforts to management & global teams
Franchise Led Marketing Campaigns (35%):
Build on global efforts, creating and executing localised marketing campaigns based of data insights that drive top of the funnel consumer awareness and fan engagement.
Develop local moments, and marketing campaigns based on INSEAK market priorities
Work with key stakeholders such as Theatrical, Consumer Products and HBO GO, as well as regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging, collaborative outreach and cross business performance reporting
End to end campaign management across teams and execution of any ATL advertising, events organization and earned media engagement
Oversee campaign spend and ensuring tight budget control
Success Measurement and Tracking (20%):
Work closely with the research team to review reporting of tracker for uplift in affinity and awareness of priority franchises, as well as identifying key measurements of success for franchise campaigns
Operational Support (10%):
Briefing and localization of assets
Processing and tracking of vendor invoices in master budget sheet
Management of premiums stock and warehousing

Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam)
Hong Kong & Taiwan

India (in partnership with local team)
Job Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience in brand marketing (4-6 years of experience)
Ability to work cross functionally in a highly matrixed environment across global and regional/local teams
Experience in developing direct-to-consumer marketing plans and engaging audiences
Experience in working with marketing agencies as well as media buying agencies on ATL campaigns
Strong creative writing skills
Desirable
Fluent in a second language besides English will be a plus
Experience in media/technology industries
General knowledge of creative development and design for management of agencies and collaboration with internal creative teams
Experience in data analytics as it relates to digital marketing
