We seek a suitable candidate to join the Group Communication Office to :
Drive the development and implementation of an engaging brand strategy to promote NUHS\' brand narrative and bring the narrative to life across stakeholder groups.
Execution of go-to-market strategies and brand campaigns to drive brand awareness and engage audiences in Singapore and across the region.
Develop and manage various brand and marketing collaterals and communications channels e.g. digital media, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), videos, EDMs, exhibitions
Work closely with in-house media, content and design team to develop a creative and engaging branding content pipeline, to build a consistent and positive brand experience across varied touchpoints.
Collaborate with stakeholders across NUHS to ensure key brand messages are consistently communicated across NUHS entities.
Monitor brand performance and brand marketing campaigns metrics, and assess the effectiveness of the strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Mass Communications or related fields
Strong knowledge of branding communication principles, practices and trends
Excellent design acumen with proven track record in delivering exceptional marketing plans with strong brand stewardship
Creative, able to think out of the box and explore new channels of outreach and messaging to build brand awareness
Works well in ambiguity and thrives in fast-evolving environment
Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills
Strong project or campaign management skills with ability to multi-task.
Very strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, people-focused and passionate.
At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience
PR or advertising agency experience preferred or proven track record of in-house branding
Experience in consumer marketing or managing a global brand or conglomerate.
Experience in the Singapore healthcare system or public sector advantageous but not mandatory
Good knowledge effective communication channels and tools with strong presentation skills
Oversee projects or campaign deliverables with strong project management skills to meet timelines and goals.
