Duties & Responsibilities

Drive Competitive Rewards

  • Manage the Certis wide compensation frameworks and policies.
  • Conduct salary reviews to ensure the competitiveness of the Certis Group salary benchmarks and ranges.
  • Drive the annual variable bonus and merit increment cycle to link rewards to performance.
  • Manage salary proposal process for new hires.
  • Drive people analytics initiatives in the rewards space.
Drive High Performance Culture
  • Manage the annual appraisal and promotion cycles across Certis Group.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders ranging from Senior Management, people managers and individual staff for the smooth running of the appraisal cycle.
Digitalisation Initiatives
  • Manage the performance, talent & development system for Certis group.
  • Lead change management and adoption across all markets
Skills & Experience
  • Degree with at least 4 years of proven HR working experience.
  • Good understanding of local employment laws and C&B practices.
  • Possess excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic, eager to learn, and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
