Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end trading data flows from crypto exchange to finance systems for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
Manage the requirements from multiple teams (finance operation, finance controlling, FP&A, product controlling) within the finance department.
Analyze the requirements and create an action plan for crypto exchange product team, system integration team and finance system administrators to deliver the required functions.
Manage the full project cycle (design, development, testing and releasing).
Create a walkaround solution for any issue cannot be addressed in time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Finance or related field.
6+ years’ experience in the financial service industry.
Previous exposure with financial asset (spot, margin, derivatives) transaction to journal process.
Be able to use SQL & Python to analyse data.
Basic accounting knowledge for financial instruments, intangible assets, revenue recognition, audit & internal control requirements.
Experience in optimization of the data flow between systems with Scrum approach.
Experience with Workday, Blackline, JIRA, Confluence would be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration mindset.
Ability to manage through ambiguity and priorities effectively.
