This role will support the university\'s Humanities, Arts & Social Science (HASS) cluster\'s strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of HASS, faculty, administrative team, researchers, and internal stakeholders in driving the cluster\'s agenda. The candidate is also expected to work with external collaborators, such as ministries, funding agencies, other universities, community partners, companies, etc., in facilitating various platforms and networks for collaboration and project implementation.The candidate will assist the Head of HASS to oversee the strategy management activities of the cluster to achieve its goal of greater recognition locally, regionally, and internationally. This could include defining focused tactical and strategic agendas that enhance our academic and interdisciplinary innovation, conducting research and assisting in formulating long-term strategic plans, analyses, and recommendations in relation to matters such as emerging trends, competitive dynamics, growth opportunities and performance enhancement. He/she will be capable of handling complex issues and providing insights into the strategic and operational issues that are at the forefront of the university leadership. He/she will identify, structure, and providing support in funding and collaboration opportunities, including building and managing networks and progress reports. He/she will also lead the administrative team to optimize the cluster\'s operations in education and research, and provide administrative and secretariat support where needed.Requirement and Skills
