The Manager, Healthcare Surveillance will assist in the development and implementation of plans to control the spread of communicable diseases and assess the effectiveness of disease control and preparedness strategies to protect the health of migrant workers residing within the dormitories. This role contributes to ACE's overall readiness to respond to pandemics by mitigating public health risks in dormitories. The role will require working closely with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (MOH), National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID), National Environment Agency (NEA), and other sectorial leads when required. This collaboration ensures a coordinated approach to public health surveillance and intervention strategies.What you will be working on:
