Manager, Horticulture

The Horticulture team oversees the maintenance of the airport gardens and landscapes both indoor and outdoor and ensures high user satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
\xc2\xb7 Leading a team to manage a maintenance portfolio. This could include maintenance contractor management, designing new landscape gardens, project management.
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the gardens and landscapes under your charge are well maintained, faults are rectified in a timely manner and carrying out EOL and improvement works as required.
\xc2\xb7 Managing internal and external stakeholders like tenants, contractors and colleagues.
\xc2\xb7 Proposing and managing upgrading, A&A and minor repair works to our gardens and landscapes.
\xc2\xb7 Developing and supporting initiatives to improve user satisfaction, as well as the efficiency and productivity of Horticulture operations.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Good Degree/Diploma in Landscape, Horticulture, Plant science or equivalent related fields with at least 4 years of working experience.
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in managing teams and systems in a similar environment.
\xc2\xb7 Self-starter with good interpersonal, project and stakeholder management, communication skills with a positive and growth mindset.
\xc2\xb7 Good critical thinking, writing and presentation skills.
