What the role is:You lead and oversee system implementations through reviews of Human Resource (HR) processes arising from policy changes, Change Requests (CR) and Incident Reports (IR).What you will be working on:You also drive and deliver integrated business and IT solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders and align with policy intent.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years\' HR experience. Past education or work experience related to SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) or IT systems is advantageous. You should possess good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders. You should be committed to achieving results, be adaptable and be able to work independently. Possession of institutional knowledge of MINDEF/SAF will be preferred.
