Propose and implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs and ensure efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding new hires on a cost-effective manner.
Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsible for annual manpower projections, budget preparation and submission and utilisation.
Manage the manpower reporting analysis.
Deliver human resource operations to meet the service standards.
Provide performance management guidance to the Leads and the line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management Exercise.
Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by Leads and line managers.
Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
At least 8 years of relevant HR working experience. HR Experience in healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Team player, independent, resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
Meticulous and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building manpower dashboards, etc.
Good numeric sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
