Formulate marketing and leasing strategies, negotiate and conclude leases (new, renewal)
Prepare leasing documents
Formulate and conduct market research on rental prices
Manage tenant relationship, including and not limited to creating common platforms for gathering/dialogue sessions
Work with external parties including government agencies and obtain necessary approvals for leasing
Ensure leasing details are promptly and accurately capture in Yardi System
Work with Property Management Team to ensure all partition/infrastructure works are properly executed (where necessary) and properly handed over to tenant/s
Cold-calling prospective tenants
Maintain proper emails and relevant 'paper' trails on all offers and negotiations on proposed terms
Seeking relevant approval prior to reverting key commercial terms to prospective tenants
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time

Pre-requisites:

Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or related discipline
Minimum 5 year of relevant experience
Possess initiative, self-motivated and target driven
Develop digital marketing skills and social media platforms
Industrial Leasing experience would be preferred. However, we are open to commercial lesing.
