Job Description

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, coordinate, and oversee operational processes for construction and renovation projects, including upgrading, renovation, redevelopment works.
• Ensure all preventive, maintenance and ad hoc repairs are carried out promptly and safely.
• Manage all outsourced term contracts for assigned premises.
• Monitor performance metrics of suppliers, contractors and vendors.
• Carry out premises inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
• Ensure that all LTA Audits passes all regulator\'s audit requirements and maintenance records are submitted on time
• Work with Contract team on term contracts and deliverables
• Review award tenders with central supplies before administration
• Oversee all 2 zones infrastructure to ensure procurement practices are aligned
• Assisting to plan, execute, and monitor CAPEX/OPEX
• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Minimally Degree in Engineering or its related field is required
