Job Description

What the role is:You will be part of NParks\' IT, which is a dynamic team who constantly drives digital transformation in NParks. As an IT Project Manager/ Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our IT team, working with internal and external stakeholders to support NParks\' daily operations, business requirements process, end-to-end solutioning and implementing various processes using the latest technologies on-premises and in the commercial cloud.What you will be working on:Support and manage NParks\' existing and new systems, including NParks\' operation systemIntegrate NParks\' flagship system in the commercial cloud with the latest technologies (e.g. IoT sensors, maps, data analytics etc.).Manage ICT projects from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring on time and within budget delivery.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project planning, execution and training to ensure a successful roll-out of the systems.Conduct change management to align digitalisation initiatives with business transformation within the agency and industry.What we are looking for:Areas of study in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 years\' relevant experience is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and able to interact with people of all levels.Proficient in analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement.Independent worker and team player with a positive attitude.Experience with HR & Finance system and/or Agile/Scrum is advantageous.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Successful candidate will be employed on a 9-month contract terms with staff benefits.About National Parks Board:At the National Parks Board (NParks), we take pride in conserving our natural heritage and enhancing green spaces for all to enjoy in our City in Nature.
