Job Description

What the role is:As an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer, you will be an integral part of our IT technology team, to work closely with Applications team members to design and deploy cloud-based solutions in Commercial Cloud environment.What you will be working on:

• Design, Implement and Operate existing & new systems for NParks Operations.

• Manage ICT projects throughout the entire life-cycle, from business requirements gathering, prepare project proposals, funding acquisition, procurement & implementation to meet the stakeholders\' requirements, while ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with different multiple internal and external stakeholders, to plan and support the execution of the project design, testing, deployment, implementation and training.

• Perform Change Management to align digitalization initiatives with business transformation.

• Introduce and implement Online Collaboration Tools for officers.

• Manage external vendors for Day-to-Day Endpoint Operations and Endpoint Projects.

• Provide subject matter expertise in the area of Endpoint, M365 and other endpoint related matters.

What we are looking for:

• Preferably with 2 years of relevant IT infrastructure technical knowledge and experience in the deploying, administering and management of enterprise IT infrastructure endpoint systems and services, not limiting to Cloud environment only.

• Good understanding of Endpoint and SaaS services and Cloud Adoption framework, the tools and best practices to manage and govern Cloud services.

• Good interpersonal and communications skills

• Possess strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

• Able to work independently and be a good team player

• Professional certificate obtained such as Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert will be preferred.
