The role requires to have relevant keen interest in geopolitical, economic, and security-related developments. The role also manages all-source information centre and reports based on collection on key global outlook and trends and lead a team to perform in-depth research and analysis based on topics and regions.Be Part of Our Success

• Develop business Strategies to drive business growth in Digital Intelligence and Info-Operations Professional Development services.
• Develop and work with external and internal partners to provide professional development services to existing clients.
• Evaluate, validate, and analyse the Analyst reports and identify relevant information, trends, and patterns.
• Supervise the work and detailed reports and briefings to communicate findings and insights to decision-makers within the clients\' organization.
• Stay current on the latest OSINT techniques and tools and provide training and guidance to other team members.
• Continuously to stay updated on relevant and current Media information and emerging threats.
• Utilize OSINT tools and software to streamline data collection and analysis.
• Ensure that all data collection and analysis activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Oversee planning and management of a team of analysts to provide technical and strategic leadership.
• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind.
• Plan and guide your team\'s professional growth, in both general and technical areas.
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in a related field such as Information Systems, International Relationship, Political science, or Psychology
• At least 5 years of working experience in data research and intelligence gathering roles covering security and geopolitical trends.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in using OSINT tools and software, as well as a good understanding of online platforms and research techniques.
• Effective research skills to locate and gather information from various online sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings clearly to others.
• Prior experience in intelligence analysis, or data analysis for research work is preferred.
• Ability to apply research methodologies to analyse developments and indicators to derive net assessments at the trends level.
• The ability to adapt to evolving online platforms and tools and to stay updated on emerging threats and trends.
• Keen interest in geopolitical, economic, and security-related developments
• Ability to see the big picture and a keen eye for detail.
• Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
