We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the Learning & Development team, under Airport Management cluster. He/she would be responsible to design, implement and evaluate relevant learning and development initiatives to support the cluster\'s business objectives.
In this role, the individual would be expected to drive professional, personal and team development. In addition, he/she would support business units within the Airport Management cluster to identify learning needs and provide in-house consultancy to help them design/execute learning activities.
The role would challenge the individual to gather buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders, including operational teams and senior management; generate excitement for learning & development; and facilitate various workshops/classes/events. Confidence in speaking before an audience and ability to communicate effectively would be essential for this role.
