* Support PTAC review (Promotion, Tenure, and Appointments Committee) * Key administrative staff to manage all renewals and appointments including tenure reviews or which require external reviewers, to provide a seamless exp Support PTAC review (Promotion, Tenure, and Appointments Committee) Key administrative staff to manage all renewals and appointments including tenure reviews or which require external reviewers, to provide a seamless experience in paperwork to these senior hires from recruitment to appointments to eventual induction. Assist the Unit Head in PTAC review matters, i.e. tracking the timeline of tenure-clock/re-appointments, communication with external reviewers and Standing School Evaluation Committee, and maintenance of records and statistics of PTAC reviews. Faculty Annual Appraisal Planning and manage the timeline of faculty annual appraisal to ensure completion by target date. Coach junior administrative staff on preparation of documentation for faculty annual appraisal and ensure that all dossiers contain updated CVs and relevant UG and PG teaching evaluation reports. Co-ordinate with Area Administrators for faculty submissions of one-page narrative and Area Co-ordinator's appraisal reports of faculty. Organize Dean's meeting with all ACEs, and individual meetings with ACEs and Deputy Dean's briefing to all ACEs prior to the faculty annual appraisal process. Ensure the timely printout of Dean's feedback letters. Qualifications Degree with 5 years of work experience, or a Diploma with 7 years of work experience, preferably in the education industry. Ability to handle faculty members and candidates in delicate and sensitive hiring matters. Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an academic setting will be advantageous. Prior experience in confidential positions will be advantageous. Matured with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Diligent and organised, with ability to work well under pressure. Analytical and meticulous with attention to important details. A good team player yet independent and with good initiatives. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
