Roles & Responsibilities
This role will require someone who is hands-on to support MyRepublic Digital in developing and managing B2B marketing programs, including implementation and results. This individual will manage marketing efforts from go-to-market strategy to on-the-ground execution, and be responsible for generating brand awareness, lead generation, content creation, website, events and sales collaterals. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.
The ideal candidate should be well-grounded in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing programs for B2B clients, including digital marketing, email, webinars, SEO/SEM, media management, advertising and sponsorships.
This role reports to the Marketing Director of MyRepublic Digital and will be a part of the Product team.
Develop and execute impactful marketing and communications plans that deliver strong and measurable earned and paid media results, for both online and offline programs, towards achieving revenue targets
Drive marketing lead generation and support sales in the acquisition of B2B customers
Develop and executive B2B marketing programs that may include email campaigns, industry conferences and events, webinars, website updates and social marketing campaigns
Prepare annual marketing plans, budget and measurement and tracking of spend
Ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials, coordinating and socialising with cross-functional team members, external agencies, event companies and the broader organisation as needed
Perform media planning, analysis, purchase and management to ensure effective reach and exposure for the target segments
Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process as well as marketing positioning and strategy
Drive the overarching marketing content strategy, leading digital, social and content agencies in developing engaging content on key social media platforms and managing their roll-out
Perform and execute the necessary market research to better understand consumer needs, helping the formulation of new product offerings and improve marketing to target segment
