1) Responsible for planning, managing, and updating the NUS Enterprise website and other related websites if required
- Identify and collaborate with departments to design content marketing strategies and develop content for NUS Enterprise website including curating content from across social channels and programmes that meets organisational objectives
- Monitor the website\'s performance and analyse data to identify areas of improvement
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Create an editorial calendar, oversee and work with writers and vendors to produce high quality content and ensure deadline are met
- Oversee and work with writers and vendors to manage the website including content management
- Edit, proofread, and improve the content
- Improve the user experience of the website regularly
- Ensure website security and implement measures to mitigate potential security risks if required
- Able to work with partners to identify, troubleshoot issues, and implement software updates and patches if required
- Ensure that the website remains compliant with current regulations and standards
2) Develop engaging visuals and graphics to aid storytelling on varied communication platforms.
- To conceptualize, propose and create visual assets for different platform (e.g. digital, print, OOH, etc.)
- Able to manage design projects and where required, work with creative agencies and vendors
- Ability to produce videos would be an advantageQualifications- Recognised Degree with 5 years experience in a Marketing & Communications role or related fields
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML and web publishing)
- Proven work experience as an online content manager
- An understanding of various methods for visualising analysis and presenting data in a way that can be easily consumed
- Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress / Sitefinity
- Knowledge in Adobe premiere pro and/or Final Cut Pro as well as in basic videography
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics and Google Analytics mastery
- Familiarity with social media
- Good command of English - strong verbal, writing and editing skills
- Meticulous self starter and executor, with an eye for detail and able to work, learn and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
