About this role Develop and manage marketing and communications plans for trade exhibitions, conference and events Create and manage marketing budgets and timelines to meet project objectives Conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns for above & below the line, digital and community engagement Develop PR plans, key messages, organise press events, media management, write press releases & speeches Negotiate, acquire, manage & track partnerships with vendors, agencies, media, associations, industry and trade Drive the lead generation for visitors, delegates, buyers and exhibitors to meet project objectivesIn this role, you will Degree in any of the following disciplines: Arts & Social Sciences; Business Administration; Marketing, and Mass Communications Proven track record with minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing; Communications; PR and/or Branding, preferably in the exhibitions and conventions industry Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and preferably a second language Strong digital and social media knowledge and experience Able to multi-task and possess key attributes such as being adaptable, creative, approachable, open-minded and detail-oriented A hands-on team player with demonstrated ability to deliver results that are timely, effective and impactful
