The Marketing Manager will be responsible to plan, design and delivery of successful marketing and communication campaigns for SingPost Philately business and retail marketing of The Philatelic Stores. Marketing and Communications * Conversant of The Marketing Manager will be responsible to plan, design and delivery of successful marketing and communication campaigns for SingPost Philately business and retail marketing of The Philatelic Stores. Marketing and Communications Conversant of the latest trends and best marketing practices and continuously optimise a robust social media strategy to build on Philately brand affinity. Continuously explore and adopt an array of communication tactics (on and off-line) to reach out to target audience (B2B & B2C) effectively. Work closely with in-house & external designers to develop a range of marketing collaterals for philately stamps and gift launches. Liaise with respective licensor on approval of marketing collaterals. Organise roadshows and workshops to create greater awareness and interest for Philately products. Formulate new corporate promotions with business units for corporate customers. Retail Management Curate the retail experience for The Philatelic Store. Work closely with in-house & external designers to develop the VM (visual merchandising) at the stores. Develop campaigns to drive footfall and engagement at The Philatelic Store. Budget & Reporting Work closely with external vendors (agencies, event companies, printers, etc) & internal stakeholders (eg. Sales, Business Unit, etc) to manage project timeline and ensure timely launches of projects. Deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget. Prepare weekly reports and performance updates of products/ services.
