What the role is:You support the procurement and resourcing for end-to-end management of the Navy\'s medical capability development (CAPDEV) projects.What you will be working on:On this, you secure the requisite resources and plan technical trainings to enable the conduct of operationalisation trials of medical CAPDEV projects, track the operationalisation progress of all medical CAPDEV projects; and manage any technical modifications. Your challenges lie in juggling multiple CAPDEV projects of different complexity at the same time, sense-making the CAPDEV requirement and ensure that it meets both medical and engineering requirement.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in Science-related fields, preferably with 3-5 years\' experience in medical procurement, plans development, project management, or exposure to capability development work. You must be able to conduct and present detailed cost-benefit analysis to come up with optimal solutions, and create effective organisation frameworks to facilitate daily project management. Appointment will commensurate with experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
