Job Description

Responsibilities - Work closely with General Manager in managing the P&L of Palais Renaissance - Oversee the general maintenance and operational aspects of Palais Renaissance (PR) and MCST propertie Responsibilities - Work closely with General Manager in managing the P&L of Palais Renaissance - Oversee the general maintenance and operational aspects of Palais Renaissance (PR) and MCST properties at Delfi Orchard (DO), Tanglin Shopping Centre (TSC), City Plaza (CP) and The Venue Shoppes (TVS). - Lead and motivate team members in providing highest standards of property management services with minimal downtime and inconvenience to tenants and shoppers - Build and maintain good relationship with clients and key stakeholders and ensure that all feedback are promptly attended to - Take charge of tenancy works and ensure good fit-out design standards befitting for the mall positioning and advising tenants' compliance to all relevant authorities' including submission - Plan and prepare Opex and Capex budgets for the above portfolio - PR, DO, TSC, CP and TVS and ensure that all planned and budgeted CAPEX works are executed within the same FY. - Initiate value-adding proposals to improve facilities, systems and work processes to enhance cost efficiency, energy saving, better working environment. - Work closely with Customer Experience department in the development of Facilities Management System (FMS) and to manage cost and improve productivity. - Ensure vendors' compliance with EHS policy - Maintain zero reportable incident in the workplace. - Representation in Management Council for MCST properties. Pre-requisite - Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant working experience in managing a multi-discipline team in the maintenance and management. - Knowledge of government approval process in works to be carried out and understanding of mandatory regulatory requirements. - Possess good interpersonal, relationship building, and leadership skills - Strong verbal and communication skills. Strong initiatives, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently. - Experience in retail/ mall management is essential. - Experience in ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001. - Familiar with sustainability/ Green Mark certification/ Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is a plus. - Preferably a certified Fire Safety Manager
