Job Description


Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Reporting to the Senior Manager Merchandising SEA, this role is responsible for the creation of seasonal assortments for the originals category by door, cluster and country, working in close collaboration throughout with the SEA brand and Category Planning teams to sign off and handover complete ranges to country channel teams to place depth and buys accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine and validate category assortment plans from CTC category planning, and finalize into a holistic, full store format assortment plan (width only)
  • Sense-check, feedback and confirm the final output of each store format against brand and commercial objectives (product type, launch flow, marketing calendar, mandatory range, retail space, consumer journey, etc.)
  • Handover assortment plans to DTC and franchise Channels in each SEA country for store level planning and depth completion
  • Creation of a seasonal product roll out calendar incorporating all relevant categories and franchises
  • Drive sales and share growth ensuring all commercial and strategic goals are met
  • Build, execute and manage the range proposition process from virtual download to seasonal launch, ensuring smooth channel interaction process
  • Sell in and sell out tracking and analysis in order to inform future AP outputs
  • Provide regular analysis of sell-in and sell-through performance to the relevant category teams, plus SEA Cluster Retail team, and contribute to strategic planning based on that analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Marketing, merchandising and/or retail experience, with a distinct track record of success
  • Strong presentation/communications skills
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Solid merchandising experience with retail end in mind
  • Channel or retail experience will be preferred
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • 3 -5 Years relevant working experience preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Passion for sports
