Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

1. Park Operations

Drive and support initiatives to achieve strategic and operational goals of the organisation and department.

Oversee the team and manage day-to-day operations, including staff rostering and deployment to ensure efficient and effective operations of the park.

Plan, develop and execute new and enhanced delivery of guest experience.

Ensure delivery of excellent guest experience, including management of guest feedback on-ground and closing service lapses.

Create, review, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures, manuals, and processes.

Review, propose and execute ideas to improve park-related and guest experience matters.

2. People Management

Manage staff performance, development and growth.

Build and coach an effective and motivated team.

Establish and maintain team competencies in systems and processes.

3. Budgeting and Reports

Forecast and manage the team's budget.

Generate monthly reports for presentation on matters regarding the park.

4. Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in adventure-related industry in a guest-facing supervisory role.

Diploma/Degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management/Outdoor Adventure Learning or the equivalent.

Certification in Rope Access and Rope Rescue is preferred.

Proven leadership and people management ability to manage and motivate staff.
