Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure delivery of excellent guest experience, including management of guest feedback on-ground and closing service lapses.

\xc2\xb7 Perform daily operational duties and manpower planning to ensure smooth operations of the park.

\xc2\xb7 Create, review, and enhance park operations SOPs, manuals and processes.

\xc2\xb7 Recruit, train and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experience.

\xc2\xb7 Review, propose and execute ideas to improve park related and guest experience matters.

\xc2\xb7 Generate and review reports to aid decision making.

\xc2\xb7 Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably with experience in in leadership and project management.

\xc2\xb7 Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent team player who can also work independently.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communications skills with good command of written and spoken English.

\xc2\xb7 Resourceful self-starter with a keen work attitude, good with time management and problem-solving.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

\xc2\xb7 Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
